Besides the model files for MOSFETs, where can I find the model files for BJT and diodes?

I found these labs fascinating! however I do have a question on the folded cascode lab. Did you simplify the topology for some reason? in the text you mention nodes and transistors that are not there. Thanks for sharing this!!
Yes, you are correct. In fact, this lab does not, strictly speaking, present a folded cascode op amp. However, it illustrates many of the basic principles that are at play in folded cascode op amps as well.
